REFILLS

Good things should never end. Especially not LAST.

Enjoying your experience with our skincare? Feeling heartbroken at the thought of tossing that beautiful shou sugi ban wooden cap in the trash? We hear you.

And we’ve got you covered.

INTRODUCING:
LAST refills.

SAME OLD, but NEW.

You can now order your favourite LAST pieces as refills.

When you select „REFILL” option on the product page, you will receive your well-known, trusted formula in our regular, full size biophotonic glass bottle - only this time with a screw cap. You will be able to simply add your pump and your shou sugi ban wooden cap from your previous LAST product. The legacy continues.

POPULAR questions

WHAT EXACTLY IS A REFILL?

A refill is your favourite LAST formula in our standard full-size biophotonic glass bottle - same trusted product, same potency - but with a simple screw cap instead of a pump. You transfer your existing pump and shou sugi ban wooden cap from your previous bottle, and you're good to go. No waste. No compromise.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE AS REFILLS?

All five LAST products (and Sets!) can be ordered as refills: Skin Repair Serum, PHA Exfoliating Toner, Fundamental Serum, Moisturising Essence and Cleansing Gel. To order, simply select the "Refill" option on the individual product page.

IS THE FORMULA EXACTLY THE SAME?

Yes - completely identical. A refill contains the exact same formula, the same full size and is packaged in the same biophotonic violet glass that protects the ingredients from degrading light. The only difference is the cap.

WHY BIOPHOTONIC GLASS?

Our biophotonic violet glass blocks the full spectrum of visible light while allowing beneficial UV-A and infrared light to pass through. This preserves the bioactivity of our plant extracts and active ingredients far longer than standard clear or dark glass. It's not about just being beautiful, but functional.

HOW DO I TRANSFER THE CAP TO THE NEW BOTTLE?

Simply unscrew the pump from your finished bottle and screw it onto the refill. The wooden shou sugi ban cap lifts off and on. No tools, no fuss - it takes about seven seconds.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY EMPTY REFILL BOTTLE?

The biophotonic glass bottle is recyclable. We encourage you to clean it and bring it to your local glass recycling facility. If you're in Warsaw and would like to return it to us directly, reach out - we're always exploring ways to close the loop.

WHY DON'T YOU SELL REFILLS IN SINGLE-USE POUCHES?

We considered it - and chose not to. Topping up an already-used bottle creates a real microbiological risk: no matter how carefully you rinse and dry your old bottle, it's virtually impossible to fully clean and perfectly dry the interior. Any residual moisture or organic matter becomes a breeding ground for microbial contamination - which would compromise both the integrity of the formula and, more importantly, the safety of your skin. A fresh, sealed bottle is the only way we can guarantee the product reaches you exactly as it was made.

CAN I SUBSCRIBE AND RECEIVE REFILLS AUTOMATICALLY?

Not yet - but it's something we're working on. In the meantime, simply reorder through the product page whenever you're running low. We recommend ordering before your current bottle is completely empty, so your routine never has to pause.

WHY DID YOU INTRODUCE REFILLS?

You asked for them - so we listened. Many of you reached out, heartbroken at the thought of throwing away that beautiful shou sugi ban wooden cap after just one use. We felt the same way. The refill system is our answer: a way to keep the ritual going, reduce unnecessary waste, and make sure that something made with this much care gets to live more than one life.
